Retirement
DiagnosTemps offers a 401(K) managed by John Hancock. The company has a matching program in place and participants become fully vested after three years of service. Both part-time and full-time employees are eligible to participate upon completion of 1,000 hrs of work for DiagnosTemps. Health Benefits
DiagnosTemps offers a BlueCross BlueShield PPO to all full-time employees. The plan includes prescription medication coverage and the company shares the employee's premium on a 50/50 basis. There is a 30-day wait from your start to get on the plan and the employee share of the premium is deducted on a pre-tax basis from your weekly check.
Dental Insurance
DiagnosTemps also offers dental insurance with Delta Dental. Delta is the leading provider of dental insurance in the U.S. The company does not share your premium on this plan, but they are generally small in comparison to major medical. To enroll, please print this form and return it to DiagnosTemps.
Vision Coverage
You can also get coverage for your eyes via VSP Insurance. Get coverage for things like routine eye exams, contact lenses and glasses. Here is the application.
